NFL Week 13

This is the first post for a week, and it’s pretty late as there’s only about 3 hours till the Sunday games start. We’re in the prime drinking period in the run up to Xmas so that’s the reason for the lack of attention the blog has received this week.

Anyway. I picked Green Bay -3 in the Supercontest. The result was never in doubt!

Another week in the NFL and yet another pick against the Minnesota Vikings. I don’t have some sort of deep personal hatred towards that team. I just think it’s been value to oppose them often this season. (Although my results from the small sample of opposing them is down for the season). Them being a pick’em against the Seahawks was crazy IMO. I’m also on the Seahawks ML.

Falcons are another team that I’m siding with in a Supercontest pick and on the ML with some spondoolies. Tampa Bay are bad, and have a bad home record. Hopefully Matt Ryan can at least look competent for a whole game as they chase a playoff berth.

Lets talk about the San Francisco 49ers. They stink. Blaine Gabbert should not even be a backup QB in the NFL. The Bears can/should beat these mugs by more than a TD.

Finally I mentioned before how the Chiefs have sneaked into the top 4 of my Power Rankings. So I make the -2.5 handicap and ML to be generous at San Diego.
